How do I return or exchange an item?

Most items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. If you ordered from merfast.com, you can start a return through your Order History or contact our support team for assistance.

What payment methods and currency do you accept?

Merfast™ accepts the following payment methods:

Will my card be charged immediately after placing an order?

Yes. Once your order is placed and verified, the payment is processed right away. Initially, it may appear as a pending authorization on your account, but this will convert into a finalized charge within a short period.

What should I do if my payment is declined?

A declined transaction can occur for several reasons. We recommend checking the following:

  • Verify that your card has not expired.
  • Some banks may impose daily limits or block unfamiliar transactions.
  • Wait 30 minutes and try again in case of a temporary issue.

Why is my payment showing as "Pending"?

A "Pending" status indicates that your bank has temporarily placed a hold on the funds, but the payment has not yet been fully processed. This often occurs as part of a pre-authorization step.
