Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, please ensure the item is well protected and securely packaged.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • The return address will be provided on the return label, as it may vary based on the product and warehouse location.
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

Please do not send your item directly to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost in transit, we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement at no extra cost within 30 days of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
