Shipping Information

At Merfast, we prioritize fast and reliable shipping to ensure you receive your order promptly and securely. Below is an overview of our shipping process.

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday through Saturday) before being dispatched from our facility.
  • Transit Time: Once shipped, deliveries generally take 1 to 6 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s service.
  • Total Delivery Time: The overall estimated timeframe to receive your order is 1 to 7 business days, including processing and shipping time.
  • Shipping Cost: We offer a flat-rate shipping fee for all orders. Additionally, all domestic orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
  • Shipping Carriers: To ensure your package is delivered safely and on time, we partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and local postal services.

Important Notes

  1. The shipping timeframes apply only to orders shipped within the United States using standard shipping methods.
  2. Delivery to military addresses may be limited or unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  3. While most orders are processed within the estimated time, certain items or conditions may require additional handling or delivery time.
  4. Large orders cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses. These will be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery. Free shipping does not apply to these orders.
  5. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery.

Order Tracking

A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped. Please allow up to 5 to 7 days for the carrier to scan and update tracking information.

If your tracking number shows no updates, it may mean the package is still being processed by the carrier. Tracking details will appear once the parcel is scanned into their system.

If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us for further assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for any orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you request address forwarding or redirection through the final-mile carrier after the package has left our warehouse, we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay.
